Prawn Tempura Toji Udon ($10.90)
Chicken Cutlet Omu Rice ($12.90)
As you can see from the title of this post.. Yes, I got dragged all the way to the Geylang Bazaar that so many people was raving about. I had no plans to go there because I knew that it was just gonna be another typical night market, with just a handful of the more interesting stalls like fried ice cream, flavored churros, etc.. And on top of that, it was gonna be freaking stuffy in there!!! But still, I went ahead as my friends wanted to try the food there so badly. I didn't eat much because I was saving my stomach for other food elsewhere, but they tried the fried ice cream, which I think didn't taste half as good as the ones sold in Bangkok. Still, it was very smart to have brought in one of BKK's famous 'dessert/food' to Singapore to attract such a huge crowd.
Went to Kazokutei to fill our tummies properly afterwards.

I've heard that their udon taste really good so I really wanted to try it. Though I don't eat udon that often to give a fair verdict, but I feel like it was quite ordinary.. Nothing special about their udon, perhaps I didn't order the right dish. Oh well, I'm still glad that I finally got to try it!
