Hello there guys.. I've been contemplating for the longest time ever to shift to blogger. In the past, I used to own a blog as well but I've deleted it cos I'm just simply too ashamed of my past.. I use Dayre for quite some time now as I always take lots of "nonsensical" photos which aren't quality enough to post onto blogs/instagram and Dayre is a space good enough for me to share it with everyone!
I think I will start updating from wherever I left off in my Dayre. Though there are lots of posts there, I believe the journey I'm about to embark on will bring about better memories. Highly doubt that I will publicize my blog so soon as I just want it to be a space where I share my pictures and to keep them for memory's sake.
Had ramen for dinner with Matilda and Jovelle and one of Matilda's friend last week in town.
Ginza Bairin is located at B4 of ION Orchard. For me, I had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen ($16.50). It's not the best ramen but it's affordable and well.. I guess what you pay is what you get right? The egg is what I loved most. Go try it for yourself and you'll understand what I'm talking about. ;-)
Lounged around at Starbucks after dinner and walking around. My favorite drink is Caramel Frappe!
These pictures are raw and taken by my iPhone6! I'm really lazy to edit the photos so I'm just gonna upload them like that. I've a camera, NX Mini, but I don't usually bring it out to play, and even if I do, I don't snap as many photos. However, I'll try my best and put in more effort to take better quality photos next time as I don't want my investment to go to waste!
Walked about with Matilda before we went our separate ways.. My life is such a bore recently as I've been immersed with my dramas and I hardly even wanna leave my house cos I've so many episodes to catch up on!
Ootd in school with the girls
I laugh so much in school everyday with them, sometimes I'm not even sure if I go to school to study. Thank god I've them to entertain all my nonsense in school, else my uni life would be soooooo boring?!!?!?
Had supper with my boyfriend and SH, at Thasevi Food which is at Jalan Kayu. Please do not remind me that I'm putting on a great deal of weight, thank you. Prata was delicious nonetheless, I remember coming here for supper often with my dad when I was younger. Sad to say that the standard of the prata has dropped but seriously.. There are minimal ways a prata can go wrong!
Lunch at Genki Sushi with my boyfriend! Yay to mentai sauce!!!!!!!!
They had this really cool thingy at the side of each table where we could clear our plates. So so convenient and our table looks less messy with all the empty plates lying around. Really amazing idea!
Attended the Wit & Folly x Carrie K. event with Claire and Clifford!
Love how their jewelry are presented!
Not to mention that they are of very good quality as well!!!
And here are some of the work done by Wit & Folly. Awesome!!!
Thanks for asking me along Claire!
Took some outfit shots after before heading to town to chill around.
Had dinner at Hotel Jen with my family. It's a seafood buffet and just look at their huge arrays of seafood. One thing I love is that their seafood was super fresh!
Quickly filled up our plates and our table was full in no time. I like to try a bit of everything first before I go for second servings! However, I'm a small eater so buffet ain't really my thing. :-( always feel so guilty for wasting my parents' money whenever we have buffet.
Oysters!!!!
Yum I love oysters. I just learnt how to appreciate them last year and I'm totally in love with it. I tried the desserts, drank tea etc but I didn't snap any pictures as I got lazy. Nothing special about that, I guess the only highlights were the seafood.
Took a family photo! (Me, godmom, sister and my mom at the back)
So thankful for my family cos I feel like I can talk to them about anything. I love to talk, and it's hard for me to even shut up. And I'm glad that they listen to me and joke around with me all the time.
Blurry picture. But I swear I wouldn't trade you for anyone else in the world. Love you!!! :*
Dragged my sister along to satisfy my cravings for Korean food. I've been longing for Korean delicacies ever since last week?!?!!! Thank god for my sister! This pot of goodness is to die for. I enjoyed every mouthful of it. What's better than a meal which is so cheap and good?! Will definitely come back to try other things on the menu!
Gonna end off the post with a picture of my boyfriend & I, last weekend at Boufe Boutique Cafe. He's serving the army currently and this journey has only just begun. I miss him dearly and I do hope that I will learn to be more independent without him.
Thanks for letting me depend on you regardless of anything though. I love you baby and I can't wait to see you during the weekends already!
Signing off,
Vinez, xx
