So last Saturday was Jesslyn's 20th birthday and we had an early celebration for her. I've only known these girls for a short while but it feels like I've known them for a few years now! Always feel so comfortable to speak my mind and laugh freely around them.
So initially we wanted to dine at Timbre, but we ended up at Five Tapas Bar due to some reasons. It's my second time there but this time, I ordered the food too.
Took a picture of the food & drinks menu and it's really quite affordable there. Though, I think you shouldn't get your hopes up cos the food there isn't fantastic, but definitely good enough in my opinion.

Wings ($5)
Ordered some Grilled Angus beef cubes ($11.55) as well and we were all shocked at how small this dish was! It tasted good nonetheless.. You can never go wrong with beef ;-)
Our main was this Four Cheese Pizza ($16) which we shared. The smell of cheese is so overwhelming but it was fairly decent!
Ordered one of my favorites: lychee martini ($12)!
The girls had beer but I simply can't stand the taste of beer. It's so bitter and the after taste is just plain horrible!!!

Jesslyn with the Nutella tart that I bought from EWF. I carried this over from 313, together with the ice cream that came along with the tart. I bet the people I walked past along the way were thinking to themselves, why the heck did this girl even takeaway ice cream.. And we went through all the trouble to lie to Jess, just so she wouldn't find out that we were tryn'a give her an early celebration that night. Turns out that she had absolutely no clue at all.. HAHAHA!
That only means that she's either really bimbotic ('cause we were rather obvious) or we were just darn good at giving surprises. I'm guessing the first option though hehe.

Only managed to edit a handful of photos cos I'm lazy..
Both of them drank quite a fair bit but I was feeling a little unwell and bloated, hence I didn't eat nor drink much.

Had a total impromptu meet up with Crystal for supper on Friday night. We were just chatting on whatsapp one moment and the next, we were already planning where to meet to eat.
Pardon my flat hair cos it was already so late in the night, I didn't even bother to do anything to my hair and I had minimal make up on too!

Had a really satisfying yet sinful supper at Newton Circus Food Centre. We haven't seen each other for quite some time already so it was a good mini catch up with her!
